Verdict

SURROUNDING finished runner-up on her debut here before scoring twice on Turf over a mile. She was racing over that trip in the Irish Cambridgeshire at the Curragh last time and was leading at this trip before just succumbing to Elusive Time. She can get back to winning ways though her stable companion Hunaina scored on her only visit here and also at Leopardstown in July. Belle Boyd could well be a blot on this handicap having won a Naas maiden in a canter though that was over a mile and she hasn't run here before but Lyfka won four times for Paul Cole in the UK and looks to have a fair all-weather mark while Johnny Murtagh has his horses in good form so Holy Cat could go well at a fair price.
