Johnny Murtagh will be keen to win this race and his mount, Dougal Philps, will have gained great benefit from his opening effort over 6f here three weeks ago. Kevin Manning rode him that day but is claimed for Jim Bolger's Asteroid Belt here and his mount is another who will have come on for his debut run over a mile at Navan in October. Harry Trotter hasn't done much wrong and showed his liking for the track and trip with another very good run behind Slade Power at the beginning of the month. Via Ballycroy, who was 2l back in fifth, is entitled to have improved for the experience and is expected to give a good account but this can go to MAUDE ADAMS on her Polytrack debut as she ran into a decent prospect in Twirl at Leopardstown and the fourth home Sindjara won here last week. Khyber Pass looked suited by a mile on his debut here last month so it's a surprise to see him dropping back in trip.
