Plenty with chances in an open contest. Danseur De Feu had dropped to her lowest mark and took advantage here in November. She attempted to defy an 8lb rise last week and almost pulled it off, just failing to hold the late thrust of Captain Cullen. CALIFANTE joined Tom Hogan with just one success from 16 starts to her name but should be doubling her tally soon judging on her two recent starts. She's still well enough treated despite her big weight and had Cool Athlete and The Black Devil behind when runner-up to the in-form Maontri three weeks ago. The former Michael Bell inmate Winslow Arizona may just have needed his first start for Tony Mullins a fortnight ago and should do better but Al Fahidi appeared to improve when sent over a longer trip last time.
