Space Ship has been making steady progress and won a Chester maiden with the minimum of fuss. The third has been beaten when a short-priced favourite subsequently but was over 5l behind at Chester so the form looks strong enough. Makafeh had useful juvenile form and reappeared with decent effort at Newmarket where he looked in need of the run. Connections of HIGH TROJA can't have been unhappy with a 4lb rise for his victory at Newbury where neither the slow pace nor fast ground suited. He's a very progressive type who looks set to gain his third success in his last four runs.
