        Verdict

        This is tougher than the lowly handicap won by Lutine Charlie at Wolverhampton in July but Avonrose scored in this grade over C&D last month and should confirm running with runner-up Serene Oasis. Young Dottie has gone well here before but has done all her winning on the Polytrack at Lingfield so far while Hoover has just the two previous starts on Turf and was well beaten on both occasions. FINLODEX has some improving to do but is having only his fourth start having gone close at Chepstow in May. He's gets a speculative vote on his return to action.
