In depth

Verdict

Private Be, Mith Hill and Hawridge Star are three against the field in another tough race to call for punters and the narrow vote is given to Private Be. The selection was a good second behind Ursis when last seen, he returns to action off what looks a fair mark and if he is fit enough to do himself justice after an absence he will be hard to beat. Mith Hill rates the main danger as he won well last time when beating According To Pete and although having a penalty for that win this looks easier and he will not be far away. Hawridge Star is another that could go well on his latest second behind Court Ruler but he looks to have plenty of weight for what he has actually achieved and is taken on with this in mind. Rojabaa is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is more exposed than most. Of the remainder Dusty Dane is better on faster ground and with this in mind for the winner we return to Private Be.
