Verdict

Great's Autrechene has his first start for Venetia Williams having won a minor contest in the French provinces in April. He may need more time while Rebecca's Choice, Humbel Ben and Stoway usually find at least one too good. MASSINI SUNSET has also proved frustrating to follow in the past but Richard Mitchell's 11-year-old isn't badly treated on his best form and will enjoy the ground. With James Best taking off 7lb, he gets the nod though lightly-raced Towcester winner Valley View will be a danger with 10lb claimer Maurice Linehan on board again. Midnight Tuesday has some scope but Babe Heffron is too inconsistent and has never won off a mark this high.
