      Verdict

      Oceana Gold was never travelling with any fluency at Fontwell last month and was soon pulled up. He could do better in this smaller field but is probably high enough in the weights at present. Trooper Clarence appears to have lost his way, while Health Is Wealth was well beaten in a novice event at Cheltenham on Saturday. CALLISTO MOON was in action even more recently, falling at Kempton on Sunday. But he was still in front when coming to grief and Jo Hughes obviously doesn't think the tumble has done him any harm. He is fancied to bounce back here with Mccauley racing from a pound out of the handicap and having plenty to prove under Rules.
