A glance at the SPs of the last ten winners is enough to intimidate even the bravest of punters. Lion Na Bearnai was a 33/1 chance when successful two years ago but arrives here having been pulled up in the Grand National. Cause Of Causes, runner-up in the Paddy Power at Leopardstown, occupied the same spot in the Kim Muir at Cheltenham where a last-fence blunder cost him the race. He's been raised 6lb which looks a bit harsh. Home Farm finished a close third in this a year ago and looks to have been laid out for another crack though he was behind Cause Of Causes at Leopardstown. Tammys Hill has only been running in point-to-points or hunter chases for three years so it was difficult to assess him and connections can't be too unhappy with a mark of 135 for the Cheltenham Foxhunter winner. GOONYELLA attracted good support here a year ago but his saddle slipped and he had to be pulled up. He showed how unfortunate he was by scoring at Punchestown a couple of weeks later and has been brought along quietly to make amends for last year's demise. He's given the nod though Daring Article is at the right end of the weights and looks to have a real chance as he's been running very well over trips too short in preparation for a crack at this and his stable has been in excellent form. Away We Go came here a year ago with a victory under his belt and looked the likely winner until run out of it by Liberty Counsel. He hasn't run since third in the bet365 at Sandown three weeks later but there's no doubt he'll be fit enough for this, as will The Westerner Boy and Rogue Angel, both looking to have each-way chances from the foot of the weights.
