PYLONTHEPRESSURE won a point-to-point and two bumpers before a close fifth in the championship bumper at Punchestown. That's slightly better form than Tombstone's demolition job in a Down Royal bumper last month but both look exciting prospects for hurdling and there may not be too much between them. Dundrum Lad was beaten a long way into second on his hurdling debut and will need to do much better but Mount Beckham was in the lead at this trip before finding Heck Thomas too strong at Leopardstown. Waterville Rock made all over this trip in a Downpatrick bumper and can go well in what should be an informative contest.
