Verdict

Everdon Brook arrives in fine form but the soft ground here is a real worry and he's shot up the weights after back-to-back wins here and at Musselburgh. The going may also be too testing for Go Amwell while Sangfroid hasn't won since 2009 and, though tumbling down the weights, is another with ground concerns. GILZEAN's second at Catterick last Friday was a huge improvement on previous efforts. If he can reproduce that form here, the bottom weight would probably be the one to beat with Ben Cee Pee M returning from a lengthy absence.
