    Verdict

This doesn't look the strongest of bumpers and Marsh Court can get her head in front where it matters, Chiddingfold Chick and Overthrow could be the main rivals. Michael Scudamore's charge has put in two solid displays to date, including a close up second to the well regarded Jonjo O'Neill trained Gun Smith. Anything like that effort should be good enough to land this prize. Chiddingfold Chick made a very pleasing debut at Wincanton, finishing seven lengths behind the winner I'msingingtheblues. With improvement to come she looks the main threat. The pick of the newcomers could be Overthrow, a well bred daughter of Overbury who should be watched closely in the betting. However this does look a good opportunity for Marsh Court to lose her maiden tag and she easily gets the verdict.
