Verdict

Banjo Girl wasn’t winning out of turn at Southwell last month and then ran in a Listed race at Newbury. But jockey bookings suggest Potters Midnight may be the stable selection today given she’s certain to improve on her comeback run at Towcester, where she only weakened approaching the last. DORY eventually only beat one home in a Cheltenham bumper last month but ran well for a long way and Richard Johnson takes over the reins. She has a jumping pedigree so will relish the switch to hurdles.
