Verdict

Boyfromnowhere races keenly and, though winning easily on fast ground at Uttoxeter in September, couldn't sustain his effort at Chepstow next time. The longer trip on soft ground is a worry and we'll take him on with the stoutly-bred STANDING OVATION, who has already been placed over 3m between the flags and will be staying on here when others have cried enough. Fontwell winner Uncle Jimmy has more to do here while Victor Echo disappointed when favourite at Huntingdon but winning pointer High Ho Sheriff could be interesting and there should also be more to come from Mumbles Bay now he has a few hurdles to jump. He can reverse bumper form with Sir Benfro.
