Caledonia Prince scored over this trip at Southwell before a poor effort when tried over 1m3f at Hamilton where the soft ground didn't help. Qaraqum should be winning soon judged on her latest effort at Kempton where she was just touched off in a blanket finish. Mister Fantastic has reverted to the Flat in good form after a spell of hurdling but has gone up 6lb for his recent success at Kempton while Croeso Mawr has been handed a 5lb rise for her second place at Yarmouth. FITZ has been very consistent which is why the handicapper has been unable to drop him. He's best over this trip with some cut in the ground so conditions are ideal for him to gain his first success on Turf.
