Red Watch had a good record between the flags last year but, like Coole Abbey Major, Kingspark Boy and Surprise Us, lacks a recent run. The latter may have more scope than his rivals but QUALVIRO is surely the one to beat. He was well beaten when only third at Huntingdon last time but had trotted up at Market Rasen earlier and won over this shorter trip over hurdles last year. Bermuda Boy is probably the one for forecast-backers on previous form.
