Only a handful merit serious consideration in this line-up and we'll take HOT OSCAR to come out on top from Just Moscow and Quivy Bridge. The selection has stamina in abundance but her fluent hurdling should stand her in good stead as she drops back half a mile in trip. She was successful over this distance in June so isn't short of speed and she has leading claims. Just Moscow ran a good race at the weekend when chasing home For The Staff and there should be more to come now that she's found some form. Quivy Bridge ran out a game winner from Cailin Na Ri at Stratford and the Mullins mare has an obvious chance of reversing the form at the weights. She seems to lack a turn of foot in the closing stages though and we fancy the Irish runner to confirm the form. Gilwen Glory showed ability in bumpers and is worth a second look on her hurdling bow but she'll need to be useful to get the better of more experienced rivals and we'll take Hot Oscar to come out on top.
