Verdict

Non Compliant and Hucking Hill are both capable performers but it is never easy for a three-year-old against their older rivals at this time of year and a safer bet looks to be Yandina who gets the vote. The selection found only one too good on ground that was probably more testing than ideal on her reappearance at Leicester last month and the Barry Hills-trained filly looks worth another chance to go one better today. Takitwo has only gone up 1lb for his short-head success at Brighton last time but this looks tougher. John Akehurst has his string in good form so Dr Synn has to be respected but Yandina has solid claims and she is preferred.
