      Verdict

Galipette looks the part here ahead of Lady Lafitte and Castano. Nothing stands out much in this maiden apart from Galipette who drops back in distance to the minimum after running out of steam over Haydock's six furlongs last time. This will be her fourth career outing, and the daughter of Green Desert should be capable of cracking out and dominating from start to finish against this lot, with Richard Hughes once again on board. Lady Laffite is more experienced, and has shaped well on both visits to the Kent track this season, but she looks susceptible to an improver. Castano has not really progressed since a couple of promising two-year-old efforts, and there has to be a slight worry about the ground for Rod Millman's charge, while the best guide to the rest is the market. The one with the most scope is Galipette who gets a confident vote.
