French import Alanjou was having his first run in this country when second over course and distance last month and will be fancied to go one better. But a strict interpretation of that form suggests he has something to find with Instinctual, who had Vergality Ridge behind when second at Stratford in August. Sheena West trained the winner of this last year so Unidexter has to be worth a second look after his third at Plumpton but MICK DUGGAN was arguably the best of these on the Flat. Fourth over 1m6f at Salisbury on his latest start, he should stay this trip and can make a winning debut over timber.
