In depth

Verdict

The selection is Brendar in this handicap hurdle. The chief dangers come from Midnight Gold and Geordie Peacock. Brendar, withdrawn over the weekend really improved at Plumpton last month to beat Myson easily and should have the measure of Midnight Gold, whose 2nd to Haloo Baloo has been devalued recently. Geordie Peacock's 3rd to Pontiff at Wetherby in March gives him place prospects. But the selection is Brendar to continue winning ways.
