      Verdict

Morestead is rated 15lb lower over hurdles than fences but has two ways of running. Both Balustrade and Fran's Folly would have a chance on their best form but Aureate has probably run out of chances, even in this lowly grade, while Timetoring was tailed off over fences when unseating his rider at Chepstow. Bumper winner Buddy Love has shown nothing so far over hurdles so OLD MAGIC is probably the safest option, despite failing to justify favouritism off his new mark at Bangor last month.
