Knightly Pleasure won a bumper here last year but has only shown the occasional glimpse of ability over timber. Sixties Idol has yet to win in 22 starts but went very close when dropped to a lowly mark here last month. Connections won't be pleased with a 6lb rise while Willshebetrying, another long-time maiden, hasn't been seen since February. C'est Du Gateau makes his handicap debut after three very moderate maiden efforts and stable companion Sergio has the benefit of Richard Johnson in the saddle though he hasn't shown much either. LLANTARA was having only her fifth start over hurdles and showing easily her best form when runner-up on heavy going at Chepstow last month. She'll need to prove she acts on quicker ground but this is a poor contest and she's taken to go one better.
