    Verdict

Chivers was only beaten half-a-length at Leicester at the start of the month but tries a longer trip today, though was a stayer on the Flat. Day Of Roses’ second over further here last time was his best run so far and he’s only a pound higher but BROWN BEAR, a close third that day, is slightly better off at the weights and may be capable of turning the tables being comparatively lightly raced. Shrubland and Miss Benefitz make most appeal of the remainder.
