A tough start to the final day with several of these showing real promise. Kilmurry and Paddy O Dee both made nice starts on their chasing debuts and will improve while Wise Old Owl ran an excellent race behind Glenstal Abbey at Tipperary and is an obvious threat to all. The versatile Wikaala landed a tough handicap over timber at Perth at the end of June and should make a chaser though this can go to PRINCE ERIK. Dermot Weld's charge lost nothing in defeat behind Chicago Grey here on Thursday and as that was only his fifth start over the bigger obstacles further progress is expected.
