In depth

Verdict

Not much hurdling form to go on here but Social Benefit is bred for the job and the fact that she managed to land a Wexford bumper in April was a bonus. Dual winning point-to-pointer Our Girl Lucy showed a modicum of ability on her hurdling debut and is likely to do better but Noras Fancy hasn't really made progress after a decent start over timber last spring. Saoirse's Sister landed a Clonmel bumper on her racecourse debut in March and made a bad mistake on her hurdling debut which put her out of contention. SANFORIZED looks the one to be on as she was well supported for a similar event at Thurles last November but was brought down when cantering. Wee Doll could be anything as she easily landed a point-to-point at Taylorstown a fortnight ago and represents the Gordon Elliott/Paul Carberry combination for her debut under Rules.
