      Previous results

      In depth

      Formwatch

Soviet Flash (IRE) Capable handicapper but has a big weight and bad draw to overcome.

Blue Mountain Better than he has shown recently; faces a difficult task from low draw.

Muchea Several decent efforts in big handicaps recently; drawn to take a hand again.

Persiano Trainer's runners always worth a second look in these races and Fallon booked; solid claims but would probably want softer ground.

Big Future Has done little wrong recently but looks handicapped to the hilt.

Wannabe Around Maintaining his form well this season; has been done no favours with a low draw.

Sharp Play Winner here last year; not in the same form this season and showed no real signs of encouragement on Tuesday.

Brilliant Red Could not be better drawn, goes well here and has a nice draw; obvious claims.

Calcutta Frustrating type although has plenty of ability; draw no help here.

Riberac Has been thereabouts in recent starts; withdrawn before the start of John Smith's Cup after a long delay, but usually reliable and trainer's runners continue in form

Highland Reel Claims on best although non too consistent; booking of Kinane interesting but draw a negative.

J R Stevenson (USA) Well berthed and Eddery booked; needs to improve on recent form to take a hand.

Ferzao (IRE) Difficult to fancy on recent form but is very well berthed and has to be respected from stall 22.

Atavus In the form of his life at present; middle draw unlikely to help the hat-trick bid.

Bold King Has the worst of the draw to overcome; difficult to fancy on recent form.

Celebration Town (IRE) Back to form with second to Ice at York last time; should not be inconvenienced by faster ground.

Parisien Star (IRE) Decent effort here on Tuesday; claims if non the worse for that effort.

Little Amin Much improved this season for the switch to new trainer; better form on a softer surface.

Digital All out to win at York over seven furlongs last time; trip here not a problem but faster ground may be.

Thihn (IRE) Consistent handicapper this term but facing a stiff task at the weights now.

Analyser (IRE) Impressive when winning the Britannia (form working out well); has done little wrong since and should run his usual good race.

Hilltop Warning Failed in hat-trick bid at Newmarket last time; now looks in handicapper's grip.
