It's interesting that Roger Charlton is throwing three-year-old maiden BE MY GAL into this company having only had two runs. In contrast to most of her rivals, she's race-fit and may not have got home over 1m2f at Newbury when favourite. She was also entered in the Pretty Polly tomorrow so it's significant she tries her luck here instead. Zibelina had the best form last season, winning her first three starts including a Group 3 at Deauville. She'll be a threat if fully wound-up while Maureen was campaigned at the highest level and generally acquitted herself well, though disappointed on her return over 6f at Doncaster. Stirring Ballad has her first run since last year's Royal Hunt Cup but Princess Loulou and Vanity Rules may be capable of further improvement.
