Verdict

A runner-up at Newcastle last time, Custard The Dragon has done all his winning so far on the all-weather and the same goes for Portledge, who scored at the latter track on his latest start. Dourado won at Kempton when last in action but completed a double at Epsom last year while Mr Tyrrell went close at Chepstow recently but is upped in class along with Sea Shack. ANOTHER BOY was having his first start since October when placed at Salisbury last month. Back over 7f today, Ralph Beckett’s charge gets the vote in an open contest.
