In depth

Verdict

Mr Spiggott's two victories have come on soft ground but he's the type to be suited by this longer trip as is Hadaj, who finished with a flourish at Doncaster last week. Misdemeanour won twice at Kempton and, as he's by Azamour, there's every reason to believe he'll be even better on Turf while Grandeur, who won on fast ground at Brighton, didn't enjoy the heavy conditions on his return at Sandown. OPINION is the only one of these to have won over the trip which he did on soft ground at Windsor. He doesn't appear to have been harshly treated for his handicap debut and looks the one to be on.
