Verdict

Upavon was engaged in the 5.25 at Bath yesterday and the stable also run Pour La Victoire, who has returned to Turf on a very lenient mark, scoring at Brighton before a better effort when runner-up here on Thursday. BAHAMIAN SUNRISE beat Shamshon a head in a better race than this at Epsom then finished further in front of that rival on this track. He isn't conceding too much weight and looks set to regain the winning thread. Toofi has won once in 30 starts and Rio Ronaldo prefers quicker ground.
