Albahar has won on the course over two miles but like almost all of his rivals his ability to stay the trip is unknown. Moscato looks one of the more likely to last out the distance as he finished a close fourth in the Ascot Stakes over just a furlong shorter. Wind Place And Sho stepped up to 2m2f at Pontefract and came well clear in the closing stages though this is two grades higher and he's been raised 5lb. He's held by STAR RIDER on their 1-2 over two miles at Newmarket in October and Hughie Morrison's charge looks to have had this as his target as he's only had two races subsequently. The Cashel Man should have no problems staying while Oceane has won over hurdles and landed a 1m6f handicap at Ascot for which a 2lb rise shouldn't cause any problems but the 2014 winner Teak has been in poor form over hurdles.
