    Verdict

Most of these have won over this trip, but none of them here, but all-weather regular PERLACHY could be too good for them all, with the main dangers expected to be Welsh Opera and Tamino. Derek Shaw's gelding isn't the easiest to win with, but a step back to six furlongs looks a positive, and Luke Morris keeps him off top weight by claiming three pounds. He'll certainly be fresh, having had a three month lay-off. Welsh Opera was narrowly beaten last time out, and this is her 14th attempt to break her maiden, while Tamino should like the fast surface, although to date he's only been placed once in nine runs on the all-weather. It's pretty wide open, with none of the runners coming into this in the hottest of form, but with minimum stakes we'd side with Perlachy.
