Verdict

HALF A BILLION looks likely to start odds-on to land this. His debut second at Carlisle is by far the best form on show and Michael Dods' charge should have little trouble opening his account. Never In finished well behind the selection on her debut but showed improved form when beaten five lengths at the same track on her latest start, while Jay Kay may do better dropping back in trip. However, the newcomer Irrational is related to four winners and she could prove the biggest danger.
