MERLETTA tried her luck in the Group 2 Lowther Stakes at York last time and wasn't disgraced in finishing fourth. Jeremy Noseda's filly should be opening her account in this company with a similar effort. Coral Mist looks the only real danger having made a promising debut in a better maiden than this at Goodwood in July. She makes more appeal than Scots Law but the newcomer Sitting Pritty is a half-sister to a couple of useful sprinters and is worth noting for the future.
