Verdict

This is a competitive start to proceedings and we will side with VIBE to get the better of Strategic Plan and Glimmer Of Light. The selection finished third behind Kappelhoff at Fontwell last time, but the key to his chance today is the ground as he will relish these conditions and he will also be suited by this slight drop in trip. Strategic Plan finished in mid-division at Folkestone last time and although he has the ability to get competitive today he has yet to prove himself either over this trip or on this ground. Glimmer Of Light has managed just one win from 26 starts over fences, but at least he showed a return to form at Towcester last time and he could be capable of running into a place. Killfinnan Castle was an Irish point winner and he ran well on his chasing debut under rules at Plumpton last time. He will handle the ground and he remains open to further improvement and if the market speaks in his favour then he could be of interest. However, this looks a good opportunity for Vibe who gets the vote.
