Verdict

Roy Wilson has sent a small team over from County Antrim for this meeting and HUNCHEON WELLS may be his best chance of success. He hasn't raced since pulling up over fences at Thurles in October but his form over the smaller obstacles around this time last year was a cut above anything shown so far by today's rivals. Sir Tamburlane is less exposed and only found Hawaii Klass too good at Carlisle in March, while Lady Shirley won a point-to-point in Ireland earlier this month. But that was the latter's 13th run between the flags and she probably hasn't much scope.
