Verdict

LINE D'AOIS has visited this venue for all three starts under Rules, successfully so the last twice in bumper company. He handles heavy ground which is going to be paramount on this card and, as a former pointer, will have no problems with the trip. He should deliver if taking to the hurdling game. Laird Of Monksford appears a lesser light of the McCain operation at present, having finished in mid-division on all three starts. He should improve with experience and over this longer trip. Nodda High Lad has been absent since December but has notched a bumper success and the best of his subsequent form has been delivered on heavy ground.
