In depth

Verdict

Wolf Sword won at Sedgefield on Boxing Day while Fight Away Boys and Golans Choice make their debut under Rules off the back of victories between the flags. Fearless Tunes was beaten more than 30 lengths on his first run in a bumper but pulled too hard and is probably capable of better. Major Ivan is certainly a newcomer worth monitoring in the betting but SIR VINSKI looks more interesting today. By the tough Vinnie Roe, his half-brother won two bumpers and a maiden hurdle in Ireland and Nicky Richards has a good record here in this sphere.
