In depth

Verdict

Montague looked to find the 7f at Wolverhampton too far when runner-up last time but had won a claimer at the same track over today’s trip before that. Flora Tristan has been thereabouts in maiden races and makes her handicap debut but stablemate CLOUD EIGHT was beaten less than a length at Lingfield despite finishing only fourth and makes most appeal of Marco Botti’s duo. Fiery Breath has plenty to find with the selection on latest running but Section Onesixsix could go well with a cleaner break than she managed at Wolverhampton last time.
