    Verdict

Tranquilizer gets the call here ahead of Tycheros and Llamadas. Llamadas warmed up for this with a course and distance win in a muddling affair but, he won well on that occasion and can go well as he bids to defy his penalty. However, working through formlines using Wise Owl, Tranquilizer is entitled to beat him and, while it might not pay to take the form too literally, we think it might be confirmed today. Eastborough was noted staying on over 12 furlongs here seven days ago and is one to consider at this longer trip, while Salute can certainly be fancied on his best Turf form of last year. High Point would hold claims on form of 18 months ago, while Our Choice is four pounds better off for the five lengths that he finished behind the selection last time, so cannot be ruled out. Tycheros comes here seeking a hat-trick of wins but is five pounds worse off for the three-quarters-of-a-length that he beat High Point at Lingfield last time, although he did win a shade cozily that day. Finally, Teorban is going to have to turn back the clock two years in order to feature so, once again, for the selection, we will stick with Tranquilizer.
