    Verdict

A competitive race in which recent winner VALENTINO SWING can take top honours again at the main expense of Todber and Another Try. The selection managed to win a claimer here last time out despite being badly treated at the weights and is still of interest back in handicap grade today despite his penalty. He has a good record at the track and is expected to run well. Todber is a mare who has also done well here and is just 3lb higher than her last winning mark, Another Try comes here in good form and strictly holds the selection on their run behind Sutton Veny, whilst Gone Hunting has been tumbling down the weights and will win at some point for his new yard. Kersivay tries the visor, course winners Gazbolou, Rondeau and Priti Fabulous all look to be on fair marks, whilst Whiskey Junction is a speedy front-runner when on song but the draw is against her. Welcome Approach is in good form and considered accordingly, however the nomination goes to Valentino Swing.
