In depth

Verdict

Grand Vizier is rated 15lb higher here than he is on turf due to his five wins on Polytrack but he has an obvious chance if running up to his mark. Jake The Snake is also considered 10lb better on this surface with his eight victories so far all coming on the Polytrack. But he hasn't raced since July and preference goes to CAPRIO. Jim Boyle's charge had two subsequent winners behind when winning a similar event over 7f at Lingfield last week and can make his fitness advantage tell. Vhujon has place claims and looks best of the rest.
