Verdict

Wilfred Pickles will be winning before long off his current mark and Xinbama has claims on the pick of his form. Carazam remains 5lb higher than when scoring at Sandown in April and Refreshestheparts is up a further 3lb after landing a double on the Polytrack earlier in the year. HALLING DANCER can be forgiven a poor effort at Southwell last time as he didn't take to the Fibresand but Lee Carter's charge had finished a close-up third over track and trip before that and gets the nod in an open affair.
