In depth

Verdict

No doubt better will be expected of Tazweed this year but the same can be said of HESPERIDES. She has a close-up third over 7f here to her credit and breeding suggests this longer trip will suit. Charlie Bishop's claim strengthens the chances of Represent, who should figure on his best form of last year, while Compton Target is now 10lb lower than when winning a nursery here in August. Sudden Wish ran her best race so far at Lingfield last time and the booking of Richard Hughes for Speedi Mouse takes the eye.
