      Verdict

A losing favourite at Doncaster last time, Aberlady remains without a win. Bonhomie had to be dropped back into maiden company at Wolverhampton to open her account while Cryptic continues to disappoint and drops back down in class. Sunscape produced an improved effort at Nottingham last time which may point to a big run here but a chance is taken on the unexposed CAUSE AND EFFECT finding the necessary improvement now handicapping for the first time and Ralph Beckett’s charge gets the nod.
