In depth

Verdict

General Feeling, KING SUPREME and My Shadow make most appeal in this competitive opener and the vote is given to King Supreme. Richard Hannon's colt was only beaten a head last time at Lingfield and as he was returning from a break that day there should be more to come. He has a good draw here and he can get his head in front. General Feeling is rising in the weights and although he is in good form, he does like to race up with the pace and that might be difficult from his wide draw. My Shadow is interesting as he won well last time and he does still appear to be well treated on the best of his form. Supercast went close last time, but he had previously been disappointing and he is another who has been done no favours by the draw. A tight race to get proceedings underway and the vote is given to King Supreme who can reign supreme.
