    Verdict

Banksy, Powerful Wind and River Nova all have plenty of improvement to find if they're to catch up with Red Socks and Summathisnthat. The former went close over C&D on his penultimate start and can figure, while the latter's fifth at Warwick behind subsequent Listed race runner-up Vocational could turn out even better form. However, the newcomer RED ALPHA is preferred. He cost 30,000gns and the booking of Ryan Moore suggests the half-brother to a Listed winner is expected to run a big race on his debut.
