In depth

Verdict

Shavansky beat a few of these when successful over track and trip last month - he has leading claims again. Lowther finished closest to him last time, although he's been well beaten since, with Super Say and Spifer not far behind. But it's the latter's stablemate, HALFSIN, that makes most appeal in this. He returned to form with a cosy victory over course and distance a fortnight ago with Icebuster and Presburg behind - Marco Botti's charge can shrug off a 5lb rise and go in again. I'm Fraam Govan, Jazz Master and Troopingthecolour are all course winners but step up in class for this and will need further improvement to figure.
