Verdict

This looks a tough one to call with a few open to improvement now tackling fences. Land League is one of those and he beat Saint Contest easily over timber at Bangor last month. Royal Debutante must have decent claims and Bach De Clermont has won between the flags while Bad Boy Du Pouldu could be well treated. Free Stone Hill also warrants a mention but VOLT FACE has been left on the same mark as when just caught at Market Rasen in April so gets the nod with Movie Legend raised 5lb for a first-ever win at the same track.
